Can be used with wood, charcoal, wood pellets, vegetable waste.
Note: When using the grill grates directly on the firebox, use wood or charcoal suitable for this purpose.
It is possible to add a cooker or grill module, see below. These are options not included in the basic model.
The basic model includes:
1 “Rocket” firebox. Reference SR-150.SML
1 Auxiliary shelf. Reference AR-300. Unpainted. Can be used as a hob or warming plate.
1 adapter for a wok or a round-bottomed pan, which can be immediately converted into a flat-bottomed pan or saucepan.
Worktop height 600 mm.
The stove is designed with a “SML” (smokeless) system, which allows more heating energy to be recovered and is more efficient and environmentally friendly than a conventional stove.
A double outer casing is designed around the combustion chamber of the fireplace, between which the expanding hot air feeds the flame coming out of the combustion chamber with additional oxygen. In this way, the fire coming out of the fireplace is hotter and the residual combustion gases, or smoke, are almost non-existent.
By default, the grill is made of unpainted metal.
We strongly recommend always spraying the hot grill with oil after cooking; this will give the grill a beautiful metallic patina over time.
